Job Description

HRSI is looking for QC Officer - Camera Monitoring for one of its leading client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Review CCTV footage of assigned daycare centers.
• 
  Monitor child supervision, staff conduct, safety, hygiene, and daily routines.
• 
  Identify and report concerns to the Operations Team.
• 
  Prepare daily, weekly, and center-visit reports.
• 
  Conduct visits to daycare centers as per requirement.
• 
  Maintain trackers for observations, incidents, and corrective actions.
• 
  Follow up with center teams until required actions are completed.
• 
  Escalate repeated or serious concerns to management.
• 
  Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and internal information.
  
  QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Years, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
    
  • 
    Basic knowledge of childcare, child behavior, and safety practices.
    
  • 1–4 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, daycare operations, monitoring, reporting, or quality control is preferred.
