sheet requirements, Inspection release note Tag plate verification Packing list checking.
Responsible for conducting Equipment Handling, Storage & Preservation inspection compliance with Manufacturers recommendations. Responsible for conducting Foundation Pad Inspection (If any rotating equipmentsinstalled on structural members), Anchor Bolt Elevation Check, Mounting Plate Installation Check, Orientation of Equipments as per AFC Drawing, Levelling of Equipments. Responsible for conducting Pre-Alignment of rotating equipment (with pipe loosen). Responsible for conducting Piping Parallelism Verification inspection. Responsible for conducting Coupling Final Alignment with and Without Piping Connection. Responsible for conducting Levelling and alignment inspection of Vertical/ horizontalEquipment (Elevation /plumbness/level check). Knowledge about internation standards (eg. API686, ASME Sec VIII,API 598, API 6D etc) Chemical Cleaning/Pickling and Passivation. Verification of cleaning procedures and testing of items Coordinating the inspection with Project team with the supervisors and foreman. Preparation of AS BUILT DRAWINGS according to the clients scope. Responsible for raising Non-Conformance Reports Any other QA/QC Responsibilities assigned as per Project Quality requirements
