Job Description

Responsibilities: QC inspection 1- Performing the online inspection 2- Collecting the retain samples. 3- Performing the required tests for the job order. 4- Performing the QC part of the job order start-up. 5- Collecting a good sample for each new printed order for the Standard Color Cards. 6- In charge of the section retain sample documentation storage and retrieval. 7- Handover the shift through the logbook to next shift. TQ-QA administration: 8- Moving the nonconformity material to hold area. 9- Making sure that the section hold area is always in good shape.

B) Safety Responsibilities:- 1- Become familiar with the health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work. 2- Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labour rules and legislation. 3- Contribute in the different OH&S activities, and attend safety meetings as required. 4- Attend all training offered by the company. 5- Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions or acts to his/her direct supervisor, or to the camp boss in case they are related to the accommodation. 6- Immediately correct unsafe conditions, if safe to do so and where possible. 7- Ensure that all safety precautions are in place before start any work. 8- Refuse to perform work when unsafe conditions exist. 9- Report all incidents and near misses to their supervisor 10- Use the provided PPE safety equipment. 11- Inspect tools, equipment and vehicles before use. 12- Be familiar with the emergency response plan and location of first aid, fire fighting equipment.

C) Authorities: 1- Approving the start-up sheet of the job order. 2- Issuing internal rejection for any nonconformity material. 3- Issuing external rejection for any nonconformity raw material.
