Job Description

fischer Shanghai (fish) is a subsidiary of fischer Group from Germany. It is the quality and sourcing gate for fischer fixing system sourcing activities in Asia.

The company is committed to providing professional sourcing and supply chain management services to the headquarter as well as subsidiaries around the world to support the continuous growth of the Group's fixing business.

As the purchasing office for fischer fixing systems, fish operates not only in mainland China, also in other parts of Asia such as Taiwan and Vietnam to build competitive, flexible, resilient supply chain for our businesses.

1. Incoming inspection and supplier report confrimation by SAP system.

2. Failure analysis and treatment of incoming product non-conformance terms.

3. Follow up the special release process and provide external reports for customers

4. Supplier complaint management, 8D report creation and status tracking, and in case of necessary situation guidance for suppliers to improve.

5. Other tasks from line manager.

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, with major in machenial is prefered, at least 2 years experience in quality management.
2. Familiar with ISO9001 QMS, professional on quality control tools and different measurement equipments, good experience on inspection equipment calibration; familiar with IATS16949 is prefered.
3. Familiar with production processes, including stamping, casting, machininng, threading, heat treatment, plaiting, plastic injection, etc.
4. Familiar with fixing products.
5. Farmiliar with project management.
6. Basic using of oral and written English.
7. Be willing to travel frequently in Vietnam and China mainland.
8. Rigorous in work and team worker.

Additional Information

This position locates in Vietnam working 100% for fischer Shanghai. He or she reports to Quality Manager in fischer Shanghai.

Working time: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Saturday.
