To strengthen our team in Jincehon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, we are looking for you as a QC Engineer (f/m/d)

Job Requisition

This position should perform RTV-2 QC (Quality Control) task under the direction of Quality manager. This role optimizes the effectiveness of quality control (QC) and the Quality system to ensure customer satisfaction services provided.

1. Role responsibility
This position shall maintain the analysis equipment, train lab inspectors, validate test methods and align routine analysis work.

2. Test Management
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures for Analysis Lab performance.
- Responsibility for maintaining and setting up analytical instrument and equip-ment to support the use of related policies and procedures.
- Constant internal and external calibration about measuring instruments and test equipment for reliability of quality control.

3. EHS Management
- Compliance with all local EHS/Q policies and Wacker guidelines applicable to Analytical operation in the Lab.

4. People Management (Training the Lab inspectors for their improvement)
- Training the Lab inspector and improve the skill of test methods.

5. Products transfer and development Management
- Cooperation with department responsible for QC initial setting up and specifica-tion work for new products or improvements, such as CoEE and BGH.

6. Certification Management
- Preparing work related to system certification such as ISO9001 / 14001 / 45001 / new certification, and perform post management required for system maintenance such as internal and external audits

Qualifications Required

1 Training
- equipment training in use

2 Knowledge
- MS office tool skill
- Knowledge for lab equipment control and maintenance
- Basic knowledge for statistics
- SAP user
- Written and read English

3 Experience
- Related to chemistry, chemical engineering or similar as degree in university graduate
- More than 5 years in work experiences
