Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, organizing and processing material receiving purchase orders and supporting documentation.
  • Data entry and uploading of MTR’s into the PROPAK MetalTrace® System
  • Ensure documentation is uploaded correctly and controlled as per the PROPAK Quality
  • Review technical reports and specifications, as required.
  • Upload documentation to Quality Control SharePoint site as required.
  • Support other areas of Quality Document Control and QC Inspectors as required.
  • Monitoring and control of Quality Department purchase orders and corresponding documentation

Qualifications:

  • Completion of post‐secondary education or experience in a technical working environment with an understanding of process piping drawings and information is considered an asset.
  • 3‐5 years of experience working in an administrative environment
  • Completion of a high school diploma
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to learn other software programs required by the department
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Must be very well-organized with strong multi-tasking and time management capabilities
