THE POSITION

The QC Digilab Support assists the Quality Control laboratory in the management and implementation of digitalization projects. They will report to the QC Expert. Key responsibilities include use of the Microsoft Office suite to monitor activities and ensure alignment between colleagues. Use various IT systems and tools (e.g., SAP, LABX, LAB4U, etc.) to support laboratory activities.

Responsibilities:

• Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop a positive progressive culture within BI philosophy.
• Observing and complying with company Health and Safety Policies.
• Observing and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide comprehensive support to the QC team for the supervision and management of all digitalization projects.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Chemistry.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and a strong aptitude for using digital tools.
• Ability to achieve and maintain high quality standards, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately in a dynamic and demanding environment, while meeting strict deadlines.
• Good command of English for calls and day-to-day interaction with BI colleagues.
• Knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage.
