What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform quality control tests on aggregate products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Accurately weigh and ticket trucks entering and leaving the facility.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test results, material weights, and daily records.
  • Support daily production needs by monitoring product quality and communicating any variances.
  • Promote and follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and follow standardized testing procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with plant, quality, and dispatch teams.
  • Capability to learn and operate weighing systems, lab equipment, and related tools.

Work Environment
Work is performed in both indoor lab settings and outdoor aggregate plant conditions. The role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials or equipment as needed. Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and noise is typical in this environment. Proper personal protective equipment will be provided and required.
