Our client provides customized solutions for complex chemical processes and high-value products. The company operates 8 chemical manufacturing sites, 3 equipment manufacturing facilities, and 3 R&D centers across China, as well as production facilities in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

 Job Descriptions
  • Raw Material Testing: Adhere to validated standards and SOPs; complete identification, content, and impurity tests.
  • In-Process Sample Analysis: Follow validated analytical methods and SOPs; accurately fill out analytical raw records.
  • Finished Product Testing and Release: Conduct comprehensive testing; prepare standardized inspection reports.
  • Execute optimization and validation protocols for analytical methods (specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision).
  • Lead transfer and replication of new product analysis methodologies; support R&D process optimization.
  • Simple instrument maintenance; pre-use calibration of titrators, moisture analyzers.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in chemical analysis, applied chemistry, or related discipline.
  • More than 3 years of analytical working experience.
  • Basic analytical lab skills: titration, sample preparation.
  • Proficient in HPLC, GC, HS-GC, FTIR, GC-MS, UV-VIS, Automatic Potentiometric Titrator ( HPLC and GC must be proficient).
  • Able to perform basic equipment maintenance and analytical method transfer/validation.
  • Familiarity with Chinese Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia, US Pharmacopeia, and GMP.
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:00AM - 5:00PM), Sat (8:00AM - 11:30AM)
Salary Range: Up to RM4,000 (negotiable)
