Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Laboratory Setting, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

This roleis responsible fortheperforming routine laboratory procedures, transfer/verification/validationofmethodology,andproject work within the departmentto support manufacture and release of pharmaceutical products

Responsibilities:

• To perform quality control analytical testing of incoming goods, intermediates and/orfinished products undercGMP conditionsfor QC release or as part of stabilitystudies

• To prepare technical documentationincluding but not limited to analytical write-ups, standard operating procedures, specifications,investigationsand reports

• To perform planned preventative maintenance and performance calibrations on equipment.

• Toperformtransfer/verification/validation of laboratory procedures within the teamwhererequired

• Toassistwith technical troubleshootingrelated to analytical equipment,analyticalmethodsor unexpected results

• Tomaintainown trainingrecords andsupportand train other team membersasrequired

• Toparticipateincontinuous improvement activities and look for further opportunities to progress the team/department.

• To communicate effectively with others on site and internationally, and toparticipatewith them in problem solving activities.

• Ensure cGMP is applied in their area of work andcomply withcGMP in all areas of the business.

• To work with HSE, cGMP and 5S in mindat all times

• To carry out any other tasks which may berequiredfrom time to time

EH&S:

• Understand emergency procedures andcomply withsafe systems of work.

• Ensure compliance with environment, health and safety and security policies and procedures, rules,signageand instructionsat all times

• Ensure prompt reporting and investigation of all accidents, near misses and breaches of rules
