Hiring QA/Test Engineer from South Korea-

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/Test Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in Contact Center solutions to support implementation and testing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in API and integration testing, a solid understanding of Contact Center platforms, and fluency in both English and Korean. In this role, you will collaborate with implementation, support, vendor, and customer teams to ensure seamless solution delivery, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to successful project execution through effective testing, coordination, and governance.
Interact with Implementation / Support teams
Provide test strategy, test plan, test cases, and execute tests
Activities compatible with the skill set of a test lead under the direction of the project manager.
Project ownership, coordination across Infosys, vendor and Customer teams to provide project governance, process standardisation and task management optimisation, for ongoing project workstreams
Contact Center, API Testing, Integration testing, English & Korean
Sprinklr, AWS, Basic automation
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working Timings: 09:00 to 18:00
Work Mode: Onsite
Location:yongin-si gyeonggi-do, South Korea
Contract Duration: 6 months
