Job Description

QA/Test EngineerHighPoint’s professionals focus exclusively on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of QA/Test Engineer contributes to HighPoint by developing and executing innovative software test plans to identify defects, support performance goals, and contribute to high‑quality deliverables.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   
  • Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes. 
  • Performs Section 508 accessibility testing.
  • Validates QSEP releases prior to CMS production deployment.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. 
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. 
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:  
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.  
  • Ability to operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.  
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple project timelines. 
  • Ability to work within deadlines and schedules. 
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:    
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-8 years of experience.
