Position: QAQC Supervisor Offshore

Contract Details: Full-time
As the QAQC Supervisor Offshore, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all offshore pipeline projects in Taiwan. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all QAQC activities on offshore pipeline projects in Taiwan
- Develop and implement QAQC plans and procedures in line with industry standards and client requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Identify and report any non-conformities and work with the project team to implement corrective actions
- Review and approve all quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and procedures
- Monitor and track project progress and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor junior QAQC staff to ensure a high level of quality and compliance is maintained
- Liaise with the client and other stakeholders to address any quality-related issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in oil and gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects
- Experience in a QAQC supervisory role is preferred
- Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
