Job Description

Your role at Exness:

This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system across all company construction projects. The position ensures that all construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, internal standards, regulatory requirements, and the highest quality benchmarks. It involves creating and managing QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and reporting systems, as well as performing continuous on-site quality supervision and risk assessment.

You will:

  • Develop and implement a total Quality Control system for projects, including submittal, reporting, and inspection procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and verify the quality assurance and quality control system, internal standards, and tolerances.
  • Develop monthly reporting forms and quality control checklists.
  • Manage observations in the Project management software (Procore) and ensure accurate digital record-keeping.
  • Conduct comprehensive quality control and technical supervision at all stages of construction.
  • Perform daily site inspections to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Ensure that construction works are executed according to the latest drawings.
  • Oversee and manage complex quality control and technical supervision activities across projects.
  • Implement procedures for problem identification, prevention, and resolution.
  • Improve the efficiency and performance of contractors.
  • Develop systems to minimize the cost of penalties and non-conformities.
  • Prepare necessary reports for company management regarding quality performance and compliance.
  • Prepare and update project inspection schedules in line with construction timelines.
  • Conduct monthly assessment of the work schedule for each project, including key risk evaluations.
  • Prepare Bi-Weekly Photo Progress Reports highlighting quality issues and Bi-Weekly updates of the Inspection Register and Observations Report.
  • Monitor and administer final contractor “Snagging List” procedures, including final handover and project acceptance documentation.

The ideal candidate:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field
  • At least 5 years in Construction and relevant QA/QC experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, Greek or Russian will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction norms and rules.
  • Experience of technical supervision and control over observance of specifications.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office interaction and knowledge.
  • AutoCAD knowledge.
  • Knowledge of construction software is an advantage (PlanRadar, Procore, PlanGrid, Fieldwire, Viewpoint...etc).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
