Alfa Laval Energy Division, BU Welded Circular Technology is looking for a passionate QA/QC Manager to join our Global Quality Management Team in Søborg - Denmark.
About the job
BU Welded Circular Technology undergoes substantial business transformation. To grow, we must open new ways to market our wide range of sustainable technology solutions built on our separators, decanters, and heat exchangers. You will find our customers in renewable chemicals, fuels & plastics, recycling and ground engineering industries as well as in fossil-based fuels & power, process, mining and light manufacturing.
As the QA/QC Manager - Projects, you are responsible for Quality Control (QC) within the BU WCT Project business. This will include training the organization as well as maintenance of our ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System (QMS).
You will support the global team of the BU Welded Circular Technology with your quality expertise, helping to set up procedures and to perform QC in workshops and on site.
Key responsibilities for this role entail:
Lead Quality Control within BU WCT Projects
Training in the QMS of the BU WCT Projects
Perform internal audits
Follow-up on the progress of the QMS, QC and Continuous Improvements
Support of the global team of the BU WCT in quality matters
Project Management of internal projects.
The position is in Søborg - Denmark, and you report to the Global Quality Manager from BU WCT Projects. This role will require some international travel.

What you know
We believe you have several years’ working experience within QC and QA, preferably with a practical (workshop) education. You hold an ISO 9001 auditor certification and are skilled within Lean Six Sigma and project management skills as part of your expertise.
You have a graduate degree in engineering or equivalent and you are fluent in written and verbal English – Danish language skills will be an advantage. Common IT-Tools like MS-Office and SharePoint are part of your expertise.
