Support the implementation and maintenance of QSHE systems, including ISO and Halal standards, through documentation, audits, reporting, and administrative coordination to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibility and Duties
· Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of ISO certification and Halal standards.
· Support the development, review, and maintenance of SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and ISO-related documentation.
· Assist in investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues, including follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
· Participate in internal and external audits, including coordination and administrative support.
· Support the planning and delivery of in-house training programs.
· Consolidate and prepare data for reporting on quality, operations, and sustainability for internal and Group reporting purposes.
· Maintain proper document control, including filing, organizing, and upkeep of QSHE-related records and certifications.
· Collect, verify, and classify data to ensure completeness and compliance with required criteria.
· Prepare reports, statistics, presentations, and other materials to support QSHE activities.
· Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and record minutes when required.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Education : Currently pursuing a Diploma in Chemical or any related discipline.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Additional skillset of Marketing related will be an advantage.
· Able to consolidate, analyze and prepare key data for Management/Customer and Group reporting and presentation within deadlines.
· Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Team player, proactive and meticulous at work.
