Overall ResponsibilityResponsible for quality issues
To support Operation in line inspection, clearance, release and routine in-process inspectionTo assist in ensuring conformance of product quality of incoming raw and packaging materials and finished productsKey Tasks and ResponsibilitiesMonitor and ensure standard operating procedures are flawlessly executed by the operators, manufacturing conditions are respected, trouble shoot and resolve quality deviationsResponsible for line inspection, line clearance, environmental control testing and routine in-process quality checkResponsible for raw and packaging material sampling and inspection. To highlight to QA/QC Manager on any quality issues found.Responsible for finished product testing and arrangement of the test for finished products.Arrange training and awareness program to the operators to ensure that they are up-to-date with quality and food safety systems and requirementsTo do some non-routine tasks as arranged by QA/QC Manager
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.Required language(s): EnglishAt least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Familiarity with FSSC22000/HACCP in food manufacturing industryPreferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
