Job Description

Meraki Group is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA/QC Engineer - Facade to join our quality assurance team. In this entry-level position, you will assist in ensuring that all façade systems meet specified quality standards and project requirements. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, gaining valuable experience in quality control processes specific to facade projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures for facade installations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with project specifications, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Review and analyze inspection reports, material certifications, and test results.
• Document and report non-conformities and assist in corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that quality standards are upheld throughout the construction process.
• Participate in quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records and documentation for all relevant activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in construction, preferably in facade work.
• Basic knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant QA/QC software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and proactive teamwork spirit.
