Job Description

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for QA/QC Engineers for CSA and MEP packages for our client's data centre construction team in Helsinki area, Finland.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Monitor CSA/MEP works on site to ensure work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations
• Support and maintain QA/QC procedures for CSA/MEP works throughout the project
• Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality documents submitted by subcontractors
• Carry out site inspections and audits, identify quality issues and issue NCRs when needed
• Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and follow up on corrective actions
• Work closely with design teams, engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality matters are resolved efficiently
• Ensure materials and workmanship are properly inspected, tested and documented
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, certificates and QA/QC documentation
• Support project reporting by updating quality records and tracking progress
• Participate in project handover activities, including quality documentation and O&M manuals
• Promote quality, safety and compliance across all CSA/MEP works

Requirements:

• Relevant Engineering or Construction degree (Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)
• Previous experience as a QA/QC Engineer on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centre, industrial or technology environments
• Good understanding of CSA/MEP construction practices, standards and regulations
• Experience with QA/QC processes, inspections and test plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and technical project environment
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
