What makes you remarkable?
- Daily RFI Distribution: Distribute RFIs to Contractors, Wood, and the client for inspection activities, including commissioning RFIs
- RFI Control & Backlog status: Monitoring RFI status and follow up on pending items with each Contractors
- QC Site Document Control: Maintain and track QC documentation status and coordinate with Contractors for updates
- NDE & PWHT Report : Coordinate with TOP to submit reports for review and ensure timely return to Contractors
- MCQP NDE Clearance & Weld Closure Coordination: Coordinate with the client for review/approval and update status in the Co-console system
- ITR-X, NDE & PWHT report scanned Copy: Follow up with Contractors for scanned copies and coordinate with AMOGH for system upload
- Weekly Reporting: Prepare RFI weekly reports and assist QC Engineer prepare QA/QC weekly meeting report
- NCR/QOR Status Control: Track NCR/QOR status and coordinate with the client for closure in the PRODOC system
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Humanities and Social Sciences, General Management, or a related field
- Min of 5 years of QAQC admin experience in the Engineering and Construction industry desirable
- Proficient in office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite. Experienced in administrative and secretarial tasks
- Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate is an added advantage
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and external parties
- Problem-Solving skills: Capability to address and resolve issues promptly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Possess good organizational skills
