The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator is responsible for ensuring program compliance, documentation quality, and continuous quality improvement within an ACS-funded Child Welfare Prevention Program. The QA Coordinator supports program leadership by monitoring case records, policies, and data systems to ensure adherence to ACS regulations, OCFS requirements, contractual obligations, the evidence-based Family Connections model, and city and state reporting systems including CONNECTIONS and PROMIS.

Requirements
You must have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Data Management, or a related field required
· Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in ACS-funded child welfare preventive services.
You should have:
· Experience with Family Connections or another ACS-approved evidence-based model preferred.
· Experience using CONNECTIONS, PROMIS, Power BI, and conducting quality assurance and audit activities strongly preferred.
