As a Quality Technician Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing processes comply with Nestlé's high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing processing records for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performing inspections to maintain high-quality products and services.
  • Monitoring formula specifications and keeping accurate records for compliance.
  • Collecting microbiological samples and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
  • Participating in quality initiatives to continuously improve processes.

What Will Make You Successful

To thrive as a Quality Technician Trainee, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and organizational skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask.

Work Environment

  • Physical Requirements: Equal amounts of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Shift Structure: 12-hour shifts with a flexible work schedule when needed.
