We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a QA Trainee. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC processes, and programming fundamentals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a professional IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing web and/or application-based software.
• Understand project requirements and create basic test cases.
• Execute test cases and report bugs/issues clearly.
• Support the team in functional and regression testing.
• Work closely with developers and senior QA members.
• Follow SDLC and testing processes as per project standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related stream.
• Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts.
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Basic programming knowledge in Java.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Optional):

• Knowledge of manual testing tools or bug tracking tools.
• Basic understanding of databases or SQL.
