Overall purpose:
This is an exciting senior hybrid role supporting strategic Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives across Cigna
International Health Delivery Services (IHDS) - Transformation Office.
As part of the Cigna IH Customer, Client and Provider Experience team, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Senior Analyst - Salesforce Health Cloud & Automation, reporting to the Transformation Office UAT Lead,
will combine functional UAT leadership, business engagement and quality governance with hands-on
technical contribution to test automation and AI-enabled testing.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, clients, Technology, QA,
Scrum and Delivery teams to ensure that business requirements, customer journeys, integrations and
release outcomes are thoroughly validated from an end-user perspective. The role will primarily support
Salesforce Health Cloud and its connected enterprise services.
This position operates in a fast-moving Agile environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable
managing multiple concurrent priorities, working to demanding delivery timelines, maintaining a high level of
commitment and accountability, and representing the UAT team confidently and professionally in project and
governance forums.
The role will also support the automation assets from approved tools and frameworks, including Cursor with
Vista and Microsoft Copilot capabilities, while ensuring appropriate human review, traceability, security and
responsible use of AI for agile CI/CD improvement based on best practices.
