About The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with approximately 2 years of experience in software testing.
The ideal candidate combines strong testing fundamentals with an understanding of product thinking and user experience.
This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Customer Success teams to ensure our web and mobile products deliver reliable, intuitive, and bug-free experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Functional Testing
● Execute manual testing across web, mobile, and administrative platforms.
● Validate new features against product requirements and acceptance criteria.
● Perform regression testing before releases.
● Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved.
Product Validation
● Review product requirements and identify gaps, edge cases, and potential risks before
development begins.
● Challenge assumptions and provide feedback on user flows and business logic.
● Ensure loyalty, rewards, ordering, payment, and wallet experiences function correctly from an
end-user perspective.
● Validate customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
Test Planning & Documentation
● Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
● Document bugs clearly with reproduction steps, screenshots, and supporting evidence.
● Maintain testing documentation for future releases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Product Managers to understand feature requirements.
● Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and reproduce issues.
● Support customer-facing teams by investigating reported issues and validating fixes.
Quality Improvement
● Contribute to improving QA processes and release procedures.
● Help establish quality standards and testing best practices.
● Participate in release readiness reviews.
● Co-own product performance dashboards and future improvements backlog
Requirements
Required Skills
● 2+ years of experience in Software QA or Manual Testing.
● Experience testing web applications and mobile-responsive platforms.
● Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
● Experience creating test cases and bug reports.
● Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
● Exposure to Product Management or Product Ownership practices.
● Experience working in SaaS companies.
● Understanding of loyalty programs, rewards systems, e-commerce, ordering, or fintech products.
● Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman.
● Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
● Familiarity with automation testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
