The Role

The ideal candidate will lead QA function across multiple banking platforms ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive testing strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define test strategy across Trade, Lending, CASA, Treasury domains
  
• Test strategy documents
  
• Test cases and execution reports
  
• Defect tracking dashboards
  
• Manage:
  
  • SIT (System Integration Testing)
    
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    
  • Regression cycles
    
• Develop automated test strategies where feasible
  
• Coordinate defects triage and resolution
  
• Ensure end-to-end business scenario coverage

What We're Looking For:

• At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or QA Testing, ideally in a banking environment
• At least 5-7 years of overall experience in a banking environment
• Strong stakeholder management
• Banking domain knowledge
• SDLC / Agile delivery experience
