We specialise in Agile and DevOps-based software development, from analysis through to deployment. We build backend, frontend and mobile applications.

Ongoing recruitment: QA / Test Engineer

Location: Warsaw | Cooperation: B2B

We're looking for an experienced QA/Test Engineer to join an ongoing project for our client in the banking sector, focused on mortgage products and credit risk assessment.

Scope

• Preparing and maintaining test cases and scenarios
• Analysing business and technical requirements for test coverage
• Functional, regression, integration and UAT testing
• UI/UX testing and compliance verification
• Defect management and close cooperation with the development team
• Verifying fixes and retesting
• Participating in test planning and estimation
• Documenting test results and preparing quality reports
• Testing REST APIs with tools such as Postman and Swagger
• Supporting QA processes for mortgage products and credit risk assessment solutions

What we look for

Must-have items are essential. The rest is a map of what our consultants typically work with, so partial coverage is enough.

Must have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and API testing, Senior level
• Solid understanding of test processes and SDLC/STLC basics
• Experience testing web applications and APIs
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. Xray) and issue tracking (Jira)
• Basic experience with API tools (e.g. Postman)

Good to have

• Knowledge of credit/lending products
• Experience with log analysis tools, e.g. Kibana
• Familiarity with Agile, especially Scrum
