Our client is seeking a hands-on QA Test Automation Engineer to support a large-scale insurance transformation program. This role will focus on automated testing, quality assurance, defect management, and supporting the delivery of high-quality enterprise technology solutions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and similar automation tools
• Execute both manual and automated testing activities
• Support test design, test execution, environment validation, and quality assurance initiatives
• Document testing results and support defect identification and resolution efforts
• Collaborate closely with QA leadership, business teams, and project stakeholders
• Expand automation coverage while supporting business-critical manual testing activities

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance within enterprise environments
• 6+ years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium or comparable automation tools
• Strong understanding of test design, test execution, defect management, and QA best practices
• Experience supporting both automated and manual testing efforts
• Experience working within Agile and enterprise technology environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel quarterly to Waco, TX
