The QA Analyst operates at a foundational level, supporting quality activities under guidance while building core QA, analytical, and technical capability. The role focuses on accuracy, documentation quality, and learning standard QA practices.

Responsibilities:

• Support investigations and analysis of business and technology systems by gathering information, conducting research, and documenting findings under guidance.
• Produce clear, accurate QA documentation and artefacts (e.g. notes, reports, BRDs, user stories) that contribute to advisory and technical deliverables.
• Contribute to client and internal engagements by applying foundational analytical and technical skills to data, interoperability, and technology solutions.
• Follow established QA methodologies and SDLC practices, applying strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in all outputs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders, raising questions and clarifying understanding as needed.
• Actively learn and build technical and QA capability through feedback, coaching, and hands on experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working with Acurity Registry systems & Superannuation funds
• Strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical and QA skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Accountability for accuracy and quality in delivered work.
