As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support the quality function through testing, inspection, data collection, and documentation, helping ensure products and processes meet quality standards. You will be a hands-on contributor to product quality and continuous improvement.
You will join a quality team that partners with manufacturing and engineering to uphold precision, reliability, and compliance across our products.
•Perform testing, inspection, and measurement of products and processes
•Support gauge calibration, control, and maintenance
•Collect, record, and analyze quality data (SPC, defects, yields)
•Maintain quality records, documentation, and reports
•Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and audits
•Assist with process and quality system improvements
•Verify adherence to quality procedures and standards on the floor
•High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
•1-3 years of quality or technical experience in a manufacturing environment
•Ability to read drawings, specifications, and quality documentation
•Proficiency with measuring and test equipment
•Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
•Experience with CMM, test equipment, or metrology
•Familiarity with SPC, calibration systems, and quality tools
•Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or IATF 16949
•Experience in electronics, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
