QA Technical Clerk
Bilfinger UK
Hinkley Point C


Main Duties:


The Technical Clerk provides vital clerical and technical support to the QA surveillance teams with key responsibilities for raising tracking and ensuring quality documentation is effectively compiled and controlled
Compile and manage Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission in line with project requirements.
Upload, distribute, and manage quality documentation including FUDs, surveillance plans, inspection reports, and relevant technical records.
Assist in the management and tracking of RFIs (Requests for Information), FCRs (Field Change Requests), and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
Update and maintain traceability trackers for materials, welds, and quality records, ensuring robust document and data control.
Assist in the tracking of inspection outcomes, including findings, corrective actions, and close-out.
Provide clerical support including document formatting, filing, version control, and archiving of surveillance-related records.
Act as a point of contact for general enquiries regarding the surveillance programme and documentation
Any other reasonable activities as requested by the line manager
This position is based on site on a 10 day on 4 day off rotation, 10 hours a day


Requirements:


CCNSG or CSCS MAPS
Previous experience in nuclear preferred but not essential
