Job Description

Position will primarily cover 3rd shift, will need to be able to work 1 and 2nd shifts if needed for training and/or coverage.

• Assist in supervising team members.
• Ensure team is following safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and assign duties as necessary for team members.
• Assist in improvement opportunities.
• Assist in training and cross-training team members.
• All other relevant duties as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership/quality assurance experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language skills required, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred.
