What’s the role?

You’ll step into a hands-on role where you support the day-to-day operations of syndicated lending across Corporate & Institutional Banking. Working closely with your manager, you’ll help lead a high-performing team that manages complex lending facilities and keeps everything running smoothly for both customers and lending partners.

You’ll be across the full lending lifecycle – from deal set-up through to ongoing servicing – making sure things are accurate, well-coordinated and delivered to a high standard. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for escalations, help improve processes, and work with teams across Product, Risk and Finance to get outcomes delivered.

This is a full-time/permanent role based in Sydney, where you’ll play a key part in supporting clients, managing risk, and keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes.

What do I need?

You’ll bring practical experience and a proactive approach to getting things done, along with the confidence to work across teams and support others.

  • Experience working in banking, lending or operations-focused roles (essential)
  • Experience in Loan IQ (essential)
  • Strong understanding of lending processes or loan lifecycle activities (essential)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems as they arise
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • A mindset focused on accuracy, risk awareness and continuous improvement
