Job Description

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring quality and compliance across pharmaceutical operations in Europe? Join a growing international pharmaceutical company where quality is not just about documentation – but about supporting operations, improving processes, and safeguarding patient safety.

This is an opportunity to step into a broad QA role with both operational and strategic responsibilities, working closely with the Responsible Person and cross-functional stakeholders across the business.

The opportunity

You will join our Quality Assurance team and become part of an international environment where collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

In this role, you will work closely with the Responsible Person and support a wide range of quality activities across the business. The position combines hands-on operational QA work with process improvements and compliance oversight, giving you broad exposure to pharmaceutical quality systems and distribution activities.

The team works in a collaborative and pragmatic way, where quality is seen as a business partner to operations. You will have the opportunity to contribute actively to investigations, CAPAs, audits, documentation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting compliance with GDP requirements and internal quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Managing and tracking quality documentation including SOPs, investigations, CAPAs, deviations, protocols, and change controls

  • Assisting with investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)

  • Tracking and trending quality metrics and supporting monthly quality reporting

  • Performing quality review of documentation and operational processes

  • Participating in batch documentation review to support timely quality release activities

  • Supporting risk assessments related to product quality, safety, and compliance

  • Assisting with change control activities and document archival

  • Performing routine audits and gap assessments across processes and documentation

  • Supporting SOP revisions and participating in inspections when needed

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with operational and quality stakeholders across the business

We would like you to:

  • Take ownership of quality tasks and follow them through with a structured and proactive mindset

  • Support continuous improvement of quality processes and systems

  • Work closely with operational teams while maintaining a strong quality focus

  • Contribute to investigations, audits, and compliance activities in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way

  • Help ensure high quality standards across documentation, processes, and daily operations

What we need you to have:

  • Experience within Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Knowledge of GDP and/or GMP requirements

  • Experience working with investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and quality documentation

  • A structured and detail-oriented approach combined with strong collaboration skills

  • Professional proficiency in English

It is an advantage if you also have experience supporting audits, inspections, or batch documentation review.

What we offer:

  • A broad and impactful QA role in an international pharmaceutical company

  • The opportunity to work closely with experienced QA and Responsible Person professionals

  • A collaborative and informal work environment with high professional standards

  • Opportunities for professional and personal development

  • A company culture focused on trust, ownership, and continuous improvement
