Mission
Ensure the quality, consistency, and functionality of digital experiences by validating features, forms, content, integrations, and responsive behavior across browsers before production releases. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and close collaboration with technical and project teams to identify, document, and validate issues.
Job Functions
Test new features, updates, bug fixes, and integrations across web platforms
Execute functional, regression, smoke, cross-browser, and cross-device testing
Support and collaborate on QA automation initiatives and automated test execution
Validate responsive behavior across devices, browsers, and screen resolutions
Verify forms, user flows, analytics/tracking implementations, and integrations
Report, document, and track bugs in Jira with clear reproduction steps and evidence
Re-test fixes and validate production releases before deployment
Ensure alignment with designs, requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards
Identify usability, accessibility, performance, and content issues
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to improve product quality
Leverage AI-powered QA tools and workflows to optimize testing processes, bug detection, and test documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing efficiency, and release reliability
4+ years of solid experience in Manual QA for websites and digital platforms
Experience supporting QA Automation processes and understanding of automated testing concepts
Familiarity with AI-assisted QA tools, AI-driven testing workflows, or productivity tools powered by artificial intelligence
Experience using BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing
Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA checklists
Strong understanding of responsive web design and modern web behaviors
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools
Experience with Jira or similar ticketing/project management tools
Ability to clearly, objectively, and efficiently document bugs and testing results
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sense of ownership
Ability to work independently in fast-paced and collaborative environments
