Join our QA team in Kvistgaard
Are you an experienced QA Specialist looking to be part of an exciting journey within vaccine production? At Bavarian Nordic, we are expanding our Drug Product facility in Kvistgaard and are looking for a dedicated QA Specialist to support our continued growth.

Our Kvistgaard site is a fast-growing manufacturing environment focused on delivering state-of-the-art, life-saving vaccines. To support this journey, we are seeking committed and ambitious colleagues who are motivated to make a meaningful impact.

We offer a position as QA Specialist within the QA Drug Product team, where you will play a key role in strengthening our quality assurance efforts and ensuring high standards across our operations.

Boost our team
You will join the Quality Assurance department at our manufacturing site, where we are responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality in our Drug Product (DP) production processes.

Reporting to the Senior QA Manager, you will become part of a team of six highly skilled colleagues. Together, the team focuses on ensuring compliance, supporting production in resolving quality issues, enabling timely product release, driving cross-functional projects, and maintaining a strong state of inspection readiness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and approving deviations, change controls, and CAPAs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Performing batch production record review and approval to support timely product release
• Approving SOPs and other production-related documentation to maintain robust and compliant processes
• Reviewing and approving Drug Product Certificates of Analysis (CoAs)
• Participating in and driving cross-functional projects to implement new processes and optimize existing workflows
• Providing QA oversight of production to ensure adherence to quality standards and GMP requirements

In this role, you will act as a key quality partner to production, contributing to a strong quality culture and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality vaccine products.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A relevant academic background within Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a similar discipline
• Several years of experience working within GMP-regulated environments and Quality Assurance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across functions
• Solid knowledge of global pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards
• Full professional proficiency in both Danish and English
