Duties and
Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform
  functional, application, and regression tests
• 
  Ensure
  software is deployed to Production is defect free
• 
  Review
  functional and non-functional requirements and build test cases for
  end-to-end functionality as well as target testing
• 
  Build
  regression test cases for Automation
• 
  Identify
  issues, risks and dependencies escalating when appropriate
• 
  Work
  closely with Business Analysts and software vendor to understand
  requirements and develop test cases
• 
  Work
  with the project team and other team members to create end-to-end test
  plans and scripts, that test for functionality, performance, reliability,
  stability and compatibility with other systems

Requirements

Requirements:

• 
  Good
  level of understanding property and casualty insurance solutions
• 
  5
  years+ of QA testing experience
• 
  Strong
  knowledge of QA processes
• 
  Ability
  to work in a fast-paced environment, with releases coming every two weeks
• 
  Attention
  to detail
• 
  Plan
  and monitor execution of test cases and report/triage/track defects, as
  well as define severity and routed to the appropriate individual
• 
  Very
  strong communication skills, must articulate defects and provide strong
  documentation to support the same
• 
  Ability
  to work independently while keeping teammates apprised of progress
• 
  Strong
  on initiative, ambitious and creative problem solver
