Requirements
Must to have experience:
- 4+ years in SDET / Automation Testing
- Programming in: Java / JavaScript / Python
- CI/CD
- 1+ Leadership skills
- BDD
- Convert stories to Gherkin
- Desing scenrarios (not just execute them)
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development & Script Creation
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Gherkin and BDD frameworks
Build reusable step definitions and automation components
Write code to support UI automation (keyboard inputs, navigation flows, validations)
Contribute to and improve automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability
Ensure scripts are modular, readable, and aligned with coding best practices
Test Design (BDD / Gherkin)
Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into Gherkin scenarios (Given/When/Then)
Ensure scenarios reflect true end-user workflows and expected system behavior
Maintain traceability between requirements and automation scripts
End-User Interaction Simulation
Develop automation that mimics real user behavior such as:
Typing into fields using keyboard input
Navigating forms and screens
Triggering actions via keys (Enter, Tab, shortcuts)
Validate UI responses exactly as an end user would experience them
Test Data & Validation
Create and manage test datasets for automated scenarios
Program validations/assertions for expected outcomes
Ensure accurate comparison between actual vs expected results
CI/CD Integration
Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines
Ensure scripts run automatically during builds and deployments
Support fast feedback cycles by maintaining reliable test suites
Collaboration & Agile Participation
Work with Product Owners, Developers, and QA in Agile environments
Participate in BDD/Three Amigos sessions
Help refine acceptance criteria into testable scenarios

Required Qualifications
Experience developing automation scripts and frameworks
Strong knowledge of BDD and Gherkin syntax

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
