The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved quality standards, project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes, in line with the Project Quality Plan.
Implement and follow the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures
Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality Control procedures
Conduct site inspections and quality checks for ongoing construction activities
Raise and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective actions
Review material submittals, inspection requests (IRs), and test results
Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors on quality-related matters
Maintain proper quality documentation, reports, and records
Support snagging, handover, and close-out activities
Participate in internal and external quality audits
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer
Experience on UAE-based projects (Aldar or similar developers preferred)
Knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements
Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
ISO 9001 Internal / Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
Candidate should be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate
