Zinkworks is seeking a QA & Performance Test Lead to drive quality assurance activities for complex cloud-native platforms. This role will lead QA strategy, oversee testing processes, and ensure system performance, reliability, and security across large-scale telecom applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and testing activities across complex engineering programmes.

• Design and execute performance testing strategies for large-scale cloud-native applications.

• Conduct and oversee security testing and validation activities.

• Build and manage automated testing frameworks.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

• Ensure scalability and reliability for large-scale telecom systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in performance testing and performance engineering.

• Experience in designing test strategy for performance testing, stress testing

• Experience in test automation and guiding teams by helping them identify end-to-end tests for automation

• Experience conducting security testing and validation.

• Experience in testing cloud-native and distributed systems.

• Experience working with large-scale telecom or enterprise platforms.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with test automation frameworks.

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes or cloud-native architectures.
