Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas with the role of Quality Assurance Officer

In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely execution of quality assurance, compliance, and governance tasks within the Consumer Collections Group, helping the team meet SLAs for day-to-day operations while upholding regulatory standards. Your role supports the effective implementation of collection strategies and promotes a customer-first mindset through the review of financial and non-financial requests and consistent quality checks on deliverables.

What the role will entail

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of quality assurance, compliance, and governance deliverables
  • Adhere to agreed SLAs for various business-as-usual (BAU) activities within the Consumer Collections Group
  • Ensure effective and efficient execution of collection strategies in accordance with BSP policies and other regulatory requirements
  • Foster a "customer is first" culture in the delivery of the main job purpose
  • Review, process, and monitor the resolution of financial and non-financial requests within the division, following SLA guidelines
  • Conduct quality assurance checks during the completion of deliverables

What we're looking for

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of collections experience in a mid-management role, specifically with a consumer loan product
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Consumer Credit Cycle
  • Familiarity with BSP Regulations and other relevant internal and external policies of the bank
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
