Develop procedures, work instructions, and inspection methods to ensure compliance with required standards.
Äá» xuất cải tiến quy trình, tiêu chuẩn vá» sinh, cÅ©ng nhÆ° viá»c sá» dụng hóa chất và Äá» bảo há» má»t cách hợp lý, hiá»u quả và tiết kiá»m chi phÃ.
Propose improvements to procedures and hygiene standards, as well as the appropriate, efficient, and cost-effective use of chemicals and protective equipment.
2. QUẢN Là CÆ Sá» VẬT CHẤT/ FACILITIES MANAGEMNET

Manage chemical and physical laboratories, including equipment, tools, glassware, and chemicals, to support and fulfill testing plans.

Quản lý công tác hiá»u chuẩn thiết bá» ná»i bá» và bên ngoà i nhằm Äảm bảo tÃnh chÃnh xác và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn.
Coordinate internal and external equipment calibration activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
3. QUAÌN LYÌ ATSKMT/ HSE MANAGEMNET
Triá»n khai và duy trì há» thá»ng An toà n – Sức khá»e – Môi trÆ°á»ng (ATSKMT).
Implement and maintain the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system.
Phá»i hợp chặt chẽ vá»i Giám Äá»c nhà máy và TrÆ°á»ng các bá» pháºn trong viá»c xây dá»±ng kế hoạch và tá» chức Äà o tạo vá» các chÆ°Æ¡ng trình, chÃnh sách, mục tiêu, quy trình và tiêu chuẩn ATSKMT cho toà n thá» nhân viên.
Collaborate closely with Plant Managers and Department Heads to develop plans and conduct training on HSE programs, policies, objectives, procedures, and standards for all employees.
Am hiá»u há» thá»ng tiêu chuẩn quá»c tế vá» An toà n – Sức khá»e – Môi trÆ°á»ng (ATSKMT), các quy Äá»nh pháp luáºt liên quan và các yêu cầu khác áp dụng tại nhà máy.
Possess strong knowledge of international HSE standards, relevant legal regulations, and other applicable compliance requirements within factory operations.

Phân công, triá»n khai và giám sát công viá»c của nhân viên thuá»c bá» pháºn Chất lượng nhằm Äảm bảo hiá»u quả hoạt Äá»ng và Äáp ứng mục tiêu công viá»c.
Assign, coordinate, and supervise tasks for employees within the Quality Department to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of work objectives.
5. TRÃCH NHIá»M KHÃC/ OTHER RESPONSUBILITY
Phá»i hợp vá»i bá» pháºn sản xuất trong viá»c xá» lý sá»± cá», Äá»ng thá»i tham gia các dá»± án cải tiến chất lượng và an toà n thá»±c phẩm.
Collaborate with the Production Department in incident resolution and participate in quality and food safety improvement projects.

Conduct periodic or ad-hoc audits to assess the implementation and effectiveness of current quality and food safety management systems.
