Job Description

Define, Implement and Monitor the quality assurance strategy of the software product in question with the aim of ensuring that the software meets the functional and non-functional requirements based on the business objectives. It includes the alignment of quality standards according to organizational testing policies; Analyzes and understands product requirements and specifications; Selection of the different types and levels of evidence required; Coordination and management of both functional, non-functional, manual and automated test teams, providing guidance, training, and follow-up to the test teams to ensure the correct execution of the test strategy and plan; Reports and communicates test results as well as defect remediation strategies; Collaborates closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a high-quality software product within the established deadlines and allocated budget.
