Job Description

Responsibilities

• Spearhead compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with GMP, HACCP, BRC, and other safety standards.
• Manage FDA compliance and organic certification requirements for the plant.
• Oversee both internal and external audits, ensuring all certifications are obtained and renewed on time.
• Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and related documentation to meet current regulations.
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and auditors.
• Lead responsibilities as the Quality Management Representative and Food Safety Team Leader.
• Conduct internal quality audits, oversee supplier audits, and verify supplier certifications.
• Handle customer complaints and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the system.

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in food science or a related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience in food quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC standards, FDA regulations, and the organic certification process.
• Expertise in managing food safety audits and certification renewals.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai.
• Ability to work 6 days a week.
