Job Description

Our client is the leading power supply provider for worldwide top technology companies. They are currently seeking for a QA Manager to join their team.

QA Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement QA systems, procedures, standards, specifications, and testing parameters
Develop and conduct Quality Assurance guidelines and standards
Determine and establish standards of quality for products
Follow up corrective action plans, perform risk analysis

Requirements:

Experience in Power Electronics, Automation quality management
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Power Electronics with min. 5 years’ experience in management level
Experience in Quality Management Programs (e.g. DQA, MQA, SQA, SQM)
Familiar with IATF / ISO system (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
Holder of CQE / CRE will be an advantage
Excellent skills in written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Good communication skills, able to work under pressure
Willing to travel and work overseas
