Position: QA Manager

Responsibilities;

• Establish and maintain a Q.A. system for the company
• Provide training facility for staff to meet company objectives
• Conduct internal audit and review process
• Evaluate the feasibility and pertinence of the company objectives and indicators
• Assist project / Head of Department to establish and implement rules and work procedure
• Prepare document for the management committee in the Management review meeting
• Organize the Quality related training plan and conducting the training
• Manage sustainable activity in the company such as CSR, Topsite etc.
• Prepare sustainable reporting to BBI
• Manage the biodiversity and implement in head office
• Establish the action and promote Biodiversity related in the company
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Age 38 - 42 years old
• Bachelors degrees in Engineer of any field
• Minimum 8- 10 years in Quality Assurance, if in construction field is preferable
• Good knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Biodiversity and CSR
• Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Good command in English communication skills
• Professional in MS Office, MS Outlook and Power Point
• Good Leadership and people management skills
• Good serviced mind with can do attitude
• Interpersonal relationship at all levels of company
• Understand & responsibilities of QA functions
