Job Description

🚨 HIRING: Guidewire PolicyCenter QA Tester 🚨
📍 Hybrid – Chicago Area (2-3 days onsite per week)
💼 Guidewire PolicyCenter experience REQUIRED
🌟 Guidewire Cloud Certification preferred
We are looking for a QA Tester Lead with strong Guidewire PolicyCenter expertise to join our team! If you have hands-on experience in functional and automation testing and want to be part of a dynamic transformation initiative, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform requirements analysis, author, and execute functional test cases
✅ Utilize testing tools and automation frameworks
✅ Plan and implement automation testing strategies
✅ Maintain & troubleshoot automated scripts, coordinating updates with Test Analysts
✅ Manage defects, logging and reporting issues efficiently
✅ Lead testing for transformation initiatives and application portfolios
✅ Communicate test progress, risks, and escalate issues as needed
✅ Prepare test summary reports for production releases
✅ Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 MUST HAVE: Guidewire PolicyCenter experience
🔹 Experience in automation testing and defect management
🔹 Strong communication and test management skills
🔹 Guidewire Cloud Certification (preferred)
