Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

• 
  Lead and manage the QA team, overseeing testing activities throughout the SDLC.
• 
  Plan, review, and execute manual testing strategies, including test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• 
  Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to resolve defects and ensure project quality.
• 
  Monitor QA deliverables, mentor team members, and report testing progress to the Senior PMO.

Qualifications 

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  5+ years of QA leadership experience with 3–4+ years of hands-on Manual Testing.
• 
  Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, test documentation, defect management, and QA tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
• 
  Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
