Looking for 5-7 Years experienced Manual and Automation QA Lead for Pearson Accuplacer project:

Must-Have Skills:

Manual Testing Techniques: Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
Bug Tracking Tools: Experience with tools like JIRA for defect tracking.
Test management tool: qTEST, ALM, Zephyr
Test Documentation: Strong skills in documenting test cases, test results, and defect reports.
Basic SQL: Ability to query databases to validate test results.
Understanding of SDLC: Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and different testing phases.
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and report discrepancies accurately.

Good-to-Have Skills:

API Testing: Experience with tools like Postman for API testing.
Agile/Scrum: Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Cross-Browser Testing: Familiarity with tools or techniques for cross-browser testing.
