Senior-level Quality Assurance and IV&V oversight role supporting the LADWP AMI and Customer Care & Billing System (CCS) programs. This position provides independent quality oversight of a Deloitte-led AMI deployment, with a strong preference for candidates with utilities experience and AMI implementations that integrate back into customer systems (preferably Oracle-based CCS platforms).
This position is associated with an RFP proposal with a projected start date in
Hybrid (primarily remote) On-site support as needed at LADWP – Los Angeles, CA
Full-time or near full-time during peak phases. Long-term, multi-year program
$110.00 -120.00 per hour

Provide senior QA and IV&V oversight for AMI and CCS workstreams
Review program deliverables, schedules, and milestones for quality and readiness
Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
Assess AMI deployments that integrate with Customer Information Systems, preferably Oracle-based CCS platforms
Coordinate QA findings with Deloitte leadership and LADWP stakeholders
Contribute to executive-level QA / IV&V status reporting
Participate in governance, steering committee, and stakeholder meetings
10–15+ years of QA, IV&V, or quality oversight experience on large IT programs
Public-sector or regulated utility experience strongly preferred
Direct experience with AMI deployments and customer system integrations
Familiarity with Oracle-based Customer Care & Billing systems preferred
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
